Overview
Subscription customers are automatically rebilled – via credit card - at the end of each purchased time period to ensure a break-free transition into the new subscription period. However, automated subscription renewal can be stopped at any time.
Renewal Cancellation Prerequisites
- Platform subscription renewal cannot be canceled if the Intuiface account contains Composer or Player licenses scheduled to renew. All Composer and Player renewals must be canceled first.
- Cancelled Composer and Player renewals cannot be resumed if the account's Platform subscription renewal is also cancelled. The Platform renewal must be resumed first.
- Extending a Composer or Player subscription will force a Platform subscription extension even if the Platform renewal was cancelled. The Platform would then be reset to renew.
Cancelling subscription renewal
Canceling Platform renewal
- View the My Licenses dashboard on the My Intuiface website.
- At the very top, click the Cancel subscription renewal button
Canceling renewal of all other licenses
- View the My Licenses dashboard on the My Intuiface website.
- In the “License Key” column, click the Cancel subscription renewal link for the license you do not wish to renew.
Subscription entitlement after cancellation
For any canceled renewal, you remain entitled to the time remaining on the existing subscription. There is no prorated refund for the unused portion of that subscription.
Resuming a canceled subscription
At any time, you can change your mind and resume a subscription. See our article about resuming a subscription for details.
