What are AI credits?

AI credits are consumed when using Experience Generator.

When a prompt is submitted, Experience Generator first determines which of two generation methods should be used - a template-based approach or an agent-based approach.

• Template-based approach:
  One credit is used to generate an experience.
• Agent-based approach
  Five credits are used to generate an experience.

Agent-based creation offers greater creative flexibility than the template-based approach, achieved by recruiting multiple specialized AI agents. The template-based approach is a quicker process because of it's ability to use already-optimized approaches for popular use cases.

AI credit limits

Organizations with active Platform subscriptions

All Platform tiers are entitled to a set number of AI credit packs. Each credit pack confers 100 credits/month.

• Platform Essential: 100/month
  (one AI credit pack)
• Platform Premier: 200/month
  (two AI credit packs)
• Platform Enterprise: 500/month
  (five AI credit packs)

The AI credit count will reset each month. Unused credits are not carried over to the next month.

The number of available credits is visible in the upper-right corner of Experience Generator.

Organizations on the 28-day trial

Organizations on trial are entitled to a preset number of credits.

• Trial: 50/trial

Purchasing additional AI credits

Platform Premier and Platform Enterprise organizations can purchase additional AI credit packs on the Intuiface Pricing page.

Platform Essential organizations are limited to their single AI credit pack of 100 credits/month.
