Overview
An organization is a collection of one or more accounts. It is created whenever a 28-day Trial is started or a new Platform subscription is purchased.
NOTE: Platform Essential organizations are limited to one account. Platform Premier and Enterprise organizations can contain an unlimited number of accounts.
New organizations start with a single account named Primary (this name can be changed), and with one user. This user has the "Owner" role and is associated with the person who started the trial or made the Platform subscription purchase.
Organization Management
An organization's details can be managed through the Accounts Dashboard.
- Click the "Edit organization" button at the top of the Accounts Console.
- The "Edit organization" pop-up will appear.

This is the public name of your organization. Can be customized - Organization ID
This is the identifier of your organization when sharing licenses or experiences with other accounts. Can be customized but must be unique across all Intuiface organizations across all customers. - Owner
The owner of this organization. - Email notifications: Additional Billing Contacts
This is the list of email addresses that will receive billing-related emails. The owner of an organizer will also receive billing emails. - Email notifications: Analytics data point usage
This toggleable field lists the email addresses that will receive emails whenever data point usage approaches the organization's limit.

Choosing and switching between organizations on My Intuiface
Intuiface users can be members of multiple organizations and of multiple accounts within those organizations. However, when logging into the My Intuiface website, only one account in one organization can be visible at a time.
When first logging into My Intuiface, you will be asked to choose the account you wish to view:
To switch between organizations and accounts after logging into My Intuiface:
- Click your profile icon in the upper-right corner of the screen.
- In the pop-up, click the desired organization.
- The primary account for that organization will be selected. You can change the account by using the dropdown menu just to the left of your profile icon.
Organization differences by Platform tier
Platform Essential
Organizations are limited to one account, and that account is limited to one user.
Platform Premier
Organizations can contain any number of accounts. Each account can have only one user in addition to the organization owner, and a user can only be a member of one account.
Platform Enterprise
Organizations can contain any number of accounts. Each account can have any number of users in addition to the owner. The owner can assign the Admin role to any of the users. Users can be members of an unlimited number of accounts across multiple organizations.
