Multi-Account Management

Description: Manage multiple, independent teams under a single organizational umbrella using accounts.

• Essential: Limited to one account in the organization
• Premier: Unlimited accounts in an organization
• Enterprise: Unlimited accounts in an organization

Collaborative User Access

Description: Permit team collaboration and shared visibility by permitting multiple users in a single account.

• Essential: Limited to one user per account
• Premier: Limited to one user per account
• Enterprise: Unlimited users per account

Cross-Account Membership

Description: Enables users to join more than one account. Important for users with responsibilities across different teams.

• Essential: Unsupported. Platform Essential organizations are limited to a single account.
• Premier: Unsupported. Platform Premier organizations limit user access to a single account.
• Enterprise: Supported. Users can be granted access to any number of accounts across any number of organizations.

Advanced Role Management

Description: Assign the Admin role to users within an organization.

• Essential: Unsupported. The Admin role is not available.
• Premier: Unsupported. The Admin role is not available.
• Enterprise: Supported. The Admin role is available.
