Intuiface Composer provides two organizational entities to help you organize your experience
- the dimensions of the experience surface
- which scene is the startup scene
In Intuiface Composer the scenes in your experience are shown in the [Scenes List] panel.
The order of experiences has no direct impact on the order experienced by your users. Navigation between the different scenes of your experience is established by your design.
Your experience always has at least one scene (the default name of this scene is "Scene but you can change this name in the Properties panel of that space). This initial scene is the first displayed when you launch a new experience. You can change which scene is first shown when opening and playing your experience by editing the Startup scene property in the project settings.
A set of [properties for each individual scene] enables you to define:
- the name and background effect (color, image, video) of the scene
- the general behavior and appearance of assets in the scene such as whether to reset asset positions when the experience is closed, the visibility of other assets when an asset is maximized, and shadow effect options.
In Intuiface Composer the sequences in your experience are shown in the Scenes panel.
Sequences help you to organize your scenes in the Composer window but your users cannot see them. They are not visible when you run your experience.
You can group related scenes together in a sequence, rather like grouping related paragraphs under a title in a document.
Using sequences - An example
You could create a sequence called "Company" to group together a set of spaces about a company ("Company history" scene, "Company contacts" scene) and create a separate sequence called "Products" to group together a set of product scene ("Product 1" scene, "Product 2" scene, "Product 3" scene)
