Platform Essential functionality in Team Management is identical to legacy functionality. However, customers will notice a UI change and some changes in vocabulary.
Legacy Mode for Platform Essential
When Intuiface launches Team Management, the My Secondary Accounts page on the My Intuiface website will be renamed and redesigned as a "My Accounts" page. This page will be functionally equivalent to the original My Secondary Accounts page.
This page will be disabled for Platform Essential Customers. Platform Essential has no loss of functionality, but there is also no gain.
Account migration
Even though no additional capability has been added to Platform Essential, an organization will be created for you when Team Management launches. The name of your organization is the company name for your Intuiface account.
This will automatically occur for existing Platform Essential accounts:
- Your account will be named "Primary"; access will still be via the email address used to create that account. The organization name will be derived from the company name. The email address will be given Owner rights for this account.
- EXAMPLE:
An account with the email address fox@green.com and for the company Green will be migrated as follows:-

The migrated account will retain all of its content:
- experiences
- licenses
- Analytics data, charts, and dashboards
