Introduction
All experiences found in the Intuiface Examples catalog have what is called a 'free source experience license'. This type of license is detailed below.
What is a Free Source Experience License?
All experiences are royalty-free for use in both private and commercial projects.
What you can do with it
- You are allowed to download and modify the experience for any number of projects and for any number of clients.
- You can sell a unique experience design that's based on a free experience to a client.
What you cannot do with it
- You cannot redistribute, resell, or license an experience in the Intuiface Examples catalog (or any other third-party marketplace) that's based on a Free Source Experience.
- You cannot redistribute, resell, lease, license, sub-license or offer any part of a Free Source Experience to any third party or marketplace other than your clients.
Miscellaneous info
- The creator of the experience retains ownership of the experience but grants you the license on the terms above. This license is between the experience creator and you. When not the experience creator, Intuiface is neither a party to this license nor the one giving you the license.
- If a breach of this license is discovered, the creator of the experience may take legal action. Intuilab SAS may also take administrative action such as closing your account.
Experience Terms of Use
By downloading an experience from the Examples catalog, you agree to these terms and to Intuiface's Terms & Conditions.
Experience Availability
- Intuilab SAS gives no assurance that a particular experience will remain available for additional download.
- Experiences in Intuiface Examples may be deleted or edited by the original Intuiface designer or by Intuilab SAS staff at any time.
- Intuilab SAS may modify or delete an experience from the Intuiface Examples catalog that contains unlawful, offensive, or obscene material. Review Intuiface's Terms & Conditions for more information.
Support
- Intuilab SAS accepts no responsibility for providing support unless the problem stems from Intuiface built-in features.
- Experiences may be updated by the publisher or Intuilab SAS staff. You, the consumer, can re-download the updated paid experience as often as you'd like.
Intellectual Property
- Experiences that contain graphics of real products, trademarks, or other intellectual property owned by others have not been properly released. These graphics are licensed on the basis of editorial use only inside the downloaded experience. After downloading an experience, it is your responsibility to consider whether your use of these graphics requires a clearance, and if it does, you must obtain that clearance from the intellectual property rights owner.
- The creator of the experience retains ownership of the experience but grants you one of the above two licenses. This license is between the experience creator and you. When not the experience creator, Intuilab SAS is not a party to this license or the one giving you the license.
