The Share and Deploy console's Settings page enables you to check the health of the integration between Intuiface and your cloud storage providers. For example, here is what you see when clicking on the Amazon S3 icon after it has been configured for use with Intuiface:
If the result of this check is a message that your configuration is "unhealthy":
- Intuiface Cloud Storage: Contact Intuiface Technical Support.
- Amazon S3: Review the information in this article.
If no obvious problem is uncovered but the health check continues to fail, you can consider deleting and recreating your cloud connector via the Settings page. HOWEVER, deleting your cloud account deletes all experiences published to that account. You may wish to first contact Intuiface Support.
