Overview
Intuiface experiences can be deployed to the cloud, making them accessible as stand-alone webpages and as iFrame-embeddable content. The same experience can be published multiple times, with each instance assigned a unique URL.
This article explains how the process of deploying as a webpage works
NOTE:
- Only Intuiface accounts with access to Player Next Gen and an active Web Views license can deploy experiences as a webpage. If you would like access to Player Next Gen, contact your Intuiface Sales Rep or email sales@intuiface.com.
- Intuiface experiences must be published to Intuiface Cloud Storage for deployment as a webpage to work. If your experiences are published to a private AWS S3 bucket, you must move them.
How to deploy an experience as a webpage
- Open the Experiences tab of the Share and Deploy Console and then select the experience you wish to deploy as a webpage.
- Select the tab "Deploy as webpage"
- Here you will see a list of URLs for each webpage deployment. (If you've never deployed the experience as a webpage before, the list will be empty.) You will also see the total number of views collected across all published URLs, plus the view count for each URL.
Click the "Create URL" button. - The Webpage Settings panel is opened. All fields are optional. Just 1) copy the URL, then 2) click the Save button at the bottom to return to the "Deploy as webpage" tab.
(NOTE: Deployment occurs when the "Create URL" button is clicked. Clicking the "Cancel" button in the Webpage Settings panel will not undo the deployment. To remove a URL, click the "Delete URL" button in the bottom left.) - Optional settings
- Notes: Information about this particular URL. For example, notes about how to distinguish the use of this URL from other URLs for the same experience.
- Favicon: A 32x32 pixel icon that will appear on the web browser tab for this experience.
- Permit use in iFrame: Toggle this feature to permit embedding this URL in an iFrame.
- Example URL: An example of iFrame code using this particular URL.
- White List: List of domains permitted to host this experience within an iFrame or to cause the display of this experience in a new tab. If this list is empty, all domains are permitted.
