Introduction

To install Intuiface Player on a Samsung SSP4, SSP5, or SSP6 device, you must enter a specific URL in the device's URL Launcher. See this page for installation instructions.

Below are the appropriate URLs to use for Player installation.

URL for the latest Player

To install the latest version of Player on a Tizen-based Samsung SSP4, SSP5, or SSP6 device, enter one of the following two URLs in the SSP's URL Launcher.

(NOTE: These URLs return information only consumable by the SSP; they will not work in a web browser on any other operating system. If you wish to view - on any device other than the SSP - the version number of the latest SSP Player available, use the URL http://sssp.intuiface.com/version.xml.)

• For both mouse and touchscreen use: https://sssp.intuiface.com/mouse
  Appropriate if running Intuiface on a non-interactive display as the mouse would enable interaction with the Experiences panel of Player. NOTE: A cursor icon will appear wherever an onscreen touch occurs. This is forced by the SSP and thus cannot be eliminated by Intuiface.
• For touchscreen use only: https://sssp.intuiface.com
  Preferable if using Intuiface with an interactive display as it ensures no mouse icon appears alongside touch events.

By using these URLs, the Samsung device will always check for updates during Player launch. If a newer Player is available, it will be automatically downloaded and installed.

Version-specific installers

On rare occasions, should a feature regression be introduced, it is possible to install a specific, older version of Player. If this need arises, Intuiface Technical Support can supply the appropriate URL.
